Blogmas Day 16 - Christmas Outfit Ideas

Wednesday, December 16, 2015 0 Comments A+ a-

For Blogmas 2015 I will be posting every single day until Christmas, so make sure you are part of the festive fun and come back everyday!

9 Days

Sometimes it is difficult to know what to wear for Christmas but I am going to give you a few ideas. There will be a wide variety of simple, fun and formal Christmas Outfits so hopefully there is something for everyone

TIP: Make sure you follow the dress code!

You still want to be part of the Christmas fun, but want to keep it simple. A Christmas themed headband or hat is simple but still shows Christmas. You can get a wide variety of hats, such as the classic Santa hat to a fun and silly Turkey hat. There are also a lot of headbands available, such as antlers, Christmas tree's and many more.

This is another simple Christmas outfit. Christmas Jumpers. There is a Christmas Jumper for everyone, literally. You can get plain ones that have a basic pattern like snow flakes. Or you can go full on crazy and get a jumper that plays music, has flashing lights and has ringing bells all over. It really depends on the style you want.

This one is just a little (well, maybe a lot) over the top. But it's Christmas. You are meant to be having fun and spreading cheer. You could dress up as Santa, a snowman or even a reindeer for Christmas. Costumes are quite easy to find but if you are struggling you could do a DIY costume.

You will need to be quite good at art for this one. You could paint your face for Christmas. The only problem with this though is it can smudge and make a mess. Especially if you forget you've got face paint on.

You want to look smart, but not be too formal. You can wear a shirt, with some jeans. Have your top button undone, and wear some smart shoes/trainers and it shows you have made the effort, but have not overdressed.

This one is really if you are going to be having a formal dinner party. I'm not going to explain too much because it's simple. Wear a dress or a suite. If this is the dress code you have been given it is probably going to be very strict so make sure you look smart.

You could wear a full length dress, with a clutch bag, get your hair and make-up done and you would look perfect for this dress code. Or you could get fully suited and booted. A smart shirt with a blazer, a tie, smart pants, and some smart shoes. And make sure that top button is done up.
