CHRISTMAS PARTY IDEAS

Hopefully these Christmas Party Ideas will bring some fun on Christmas Day, it's going to be better than everyone being in silence watching a movie. I am basing my Christmas party ideas so they are suitable for the whole family. Have fun!

Board Games
Everyone loved board games, and there is a game appropriate for anyone. Scrabble, Monopoly, Guess Who, Connect 4... and many more. Games are a perfect way to bring the family together and have a bit of fun.

Musical Chairs
I'm sure everyone knows this game, but just in case I will quickly explain. You play music and you all have to dance around a line of chairs, when the music stops you have to run to a chair. However there are not enough chairs for everyone. The people who don't get a chair are out. You then remove some chairs, play the music and do the same thing over and over. Obviously the winner is the person who gets the chair on the final round. This is a really good game for young kids.

Pass The Parcel
On this game you pass a parcel round and when the music stops you remove a layer of wrapping paper. Eventually the final layers unwraps a gift. In our family we usually put a small gift/sweets in each layer to make sure everyone gets something, but there is still the main gift in the final layer for the winner. This is a really good game for young kids.

Quiz
You could play against each other individually, or in teams. This is a great game to play and you could do the quiz on a variety of themes.

Biscuit Decorating
Everyone designs and decorates their own biscuit. All you need is some pre-baked biscuits (or from the shop), some icing and some decorations such as marshmallows and sprinkles. This one could get messy if young kinds are involved but it will be great fun. Plus everyone is a winner because they get to eat their own biscuit at the end.

Karaoke
Karaoke is where you sing along to songs. And because it's Christmas you could sing along to Christmas songs. But of course you can sing along to your favorite tunes as well. Just make sure you cover your ears if someone is a terrible singer.
